A FAMILY FOR THOSE WHO NEED JESUS

ABOUT US

At HFF, we believe the family is the reflection of our relationship with Our Creator, and thus, is of utmost importance. As a result, we focus on creating and maintaining an atmosphere where healthy, thriving families are encouraged and cultivated.

We believe the worship of Jesus is not only a necessary and beneficial part of our faith but that it is only from a worshipful heart and the power of the Holy Spirit that we can even begin to understand how to walk in a way reflective of our love for Him. Thus, we place a high priority on worship in our services and in our daily lives.

We affirm that the land of Israel belongs to The Lord and that He has appointed His Chosen People to be the stewards of that land. We affirm that Israel is composed of the Jewish people and those of us from among the nations who have been “grafted in” of Israel (Romans 11) and have become part of the “commonwealth of Israel” (Ephesians 2) through our confession of faith (Romans 10).

We affirm that it is only through developing and maintaining a community of believers in the Jesus, filled with the Holy Spirit, that we can pursue His instructions properly. It is by and through community that we can encourage, uplift, and support, with the common goal of living and walking together in such a way that we will all hear the words of Our Master when He tells each one of us, “Well done, good and faithful servant. Enter into the joy of your Lord.” (Matthew 25)

We affirm that our calling is to help bring the kingdom of God to earth by feeding the poor, helping orphans and widows, and being a light in our local community by partnering together with other churches and organizations to advance God’s kingdom alone, not ours.

OUR HISTORY

HFF was founded in December 2015 with a desire to have a Non-denominational Sabbath Church that meets on Saturdays in the OKC Metro area. We held our first service in February 2016 in Norman, OK. Our Dallas campus was started in October 2018.  We strive to be a whole Bible church that is centered on the fact that Yeshua (Jesus) is Messiah and God, and as such we are to model our walk in His likeness by loving others where they are at in the journey.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT TIME DOES SERVICE START?

Our Saturday church worship services start at 10:30am at our Oklahoma City Church Campus, and at 1:00pm at our Arlington Campus.

DO YOU MEET ON SATURDAY?

Yes our services are on Saturday. We believe in the historical Sabbath day of the Bible. Not as a means of salvation but just as a way to connect with the entire Bible. Many who attend our church also serve in other churches who also meet on Sunday.

ARE YOU A SABBATH CHURCH?

Yes, we do meet on the Biblical Sabbath day as outlined in Genesis to Revelation. We do not believe the Sabbath day is a salvation issue, or agree with some of the denominations that use the Sabbath to place themselves in a higher standard, or regard with God. The Sabbath day was given as a day of rest and celebration of Jesus, not as a day to become arrogant or self centered.

WHAT DO YOU BELIEVE?

There is a more extensive list above of specific Bible topics and our churches stance on them. In a nutshell, we believe in the trinity. We believe Jesus is God and Messiah. We believe in the active work of the Holy Spirit today to unify and edify the body of Christ. We believe in repentance of sins, and cleansing from God. We believe that God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow. We believe in creating a culture within the church where families at different spots on the faith journey can thrive in discipleship towards a healthy Christian marriage, family, and life.

DO YOU HAVE A KIDS MINISTRY?

Yes we do, for Toddlers all the way through Young Adults. We believe in creating a space for kids of all ages to thrive and learn about Jesus as their salvation. Our church puts a large emphasis on creating a healthy and thriving space for families with children.
