FEAST OF TABERNACLES / SUKKOT IN ARDMORE, OKLAHOMA HOSTED BY HFF.CHURCH

Feast of Tabernacles Planning Information

If you or your family are planning on joining us for the Feast of Tabernacles in Oklahoma, here is some information to help you plan and make arrangements. We require one registration form to be completed for each family or every single adult. All registration fees are final as our space in our camp is limited. This is a family-friendly gathering and not a teaching-centered gathering. If you are looking for lots of midrash and teaching this is not the Tabernacles gathering for you. If you are looking to experience Yeshua, be equipped and equip others as disciples, and engage in fellowship together, this is the gathering for you! We believe you come to the feasts expecting to praise God, allowing God to move in and through you, and with joy you serve others. Your campsite fee covers only the arrival day through check-out day. Any day before or after will have to be paid and arranged with the facility and not with HFF. There are lodges, cabins, and other accommodations available nearby and you are always welcome to reserve and stay in those. You will still need a ticket to attend the event due to limited space. HFF will be providing some amount of firewood, portable toilets, and a roll-off dumpster for the campground. You are responsible for all meals. You must be registered to attend, no exceptions.

Feast of Tabernacles Pet Policy

As long as the campground we are at allows pets we have no problem with that. Your pet is an extension of your family, and so we ask you to treat them that way. Would you allow your spouse to yell constantly at family gatherings? We hope the answer is no, so don’t allow your dog to disrupt the family gatherings of Messiah. Would you poop on the sidewalk and walk away? We hope the answer is no (if it is yes this isn’t your camp!), please don’t allow your dog to do the same. If you have a pet alligator your registration is FREE!

Feast of Tabernacles Liability

By registering for the event you hereby waive, release, and discharge all claims for damages for personal injury, or property damages that may occur to me, my family, or my pet as a result of participation in the Feast of Tabernacles. By registering, I release Hebraic Family Fellowship, members of the board, employees, and volunteers from liability, even in negligence. I understand the Feast of Tabernacles and camping outside for 8-9 days involves an element of risk or danger of accident and knowing these risks, I hereby assume those risks. By registering for Tabernacles, you are agreeing to the terms outlined above and agree to operate in a safe manner following the rules and leadership of the camp.

Feast of Tabernacles RV and Tent Camping

We do not rent RVs or Tents. We recommend RV Share or Outdoorsy if you are interested in renting an RV for the Feast of Tabernacles in Oklahoma. When it comes to tents there are many options out there but Davis Tents is one that comes highly recommended. All spots are assigned by HFF and we will do our best to accommodate any requests. Please note that if your RV size changes drastically from what you put on your form, it could have an impact on your placement. Tent sites are $200 for the event and RV is $300. These include a daily $10 parking pass to gain entry to all the park’s activities.

Feast of Tabernacles Divisive Speech

At HFF we don’t take hard lines on certain doctrines. We also don’t allow them to be topics of division in the camp. The quickest way to be removed from the camp is by being divisive. The spiritual authority of this camp is the HFF leadership and HFF’s beliefs. By attending you agree to not cause problems by watching your tongue and not allowing theological or doctrinal issues to become arguments or divisive. This is a family camp, not a place where arguments will be tolerated. You are entitled to whatever theology and doctrine you want, but you don’t have a teaching platform in this camp, so don’t be divisive. Cordial conversations with mutual interests are always encouraged. Only authorized teachers will lead teaching, and gathering times and be allowed to pass out spiritual material in the camp.

Feast of Tabernacles Registration and Refunds

The registration fee for the Feast of Tabernacles helps offset the cost of items supplied for Table Fellowship and other corporate gatherings. We do not pay teachers, worship leaders, etc to attend our feast gathering. Any who are there have done so on their own finances because they believe in the calling and mission of HFF.church. There are no refunds due to the limited space in this camp. The registration fee doesn’t cover the food for Table Fellowship. These are corporate potluck-style community family gatherings where you will still be asked to bring a dish to share. There will be an offering time during one of our Campfire Worship gatherings to allow individuals to observe the offering that was brought during the Feast of Tabernacles in Israel. The offering time is a free-will offering and it is between you and the Lord. Any donation given at the time of registration will be used to help widows, orphans, and those who cannot financially afford to attend the feast. Families take care of their families. Registration is just to enter the camp and doesn’t include the campsite fee.

Adult (18 and older)- $35

Children (4 -17)- $5

Feast of Tabernacles Motorized Vehicles Policy

You will be allowed to park your vehicle near your RV or Tent spot. If for some reason the ground is wet we ask that you refrain from driving on the grass or dirt. Golf carts are allowed, and ATV-style vehicles that can be driven on roads are allowed in the camp as long as they stay on the roads. Obey the speed limits in the camp and always be mindful of the children playing in the campground.
