What Kind of Church Is HFF?
HFF Church is a non-denominational, Jesus-centered Christian fellowship that meets on Saturday for Sabbath church. We teach the Bible from Genesis through Revelation and believe every part of Scripture ultimately points to Jesus the Messiah.
Our congregation includes people from many church backgrounds. Some describe HFF as a Sabbath church, Messianic Christian church, full-Bible church, or Torah-observant Christian fellowship. While we value the Sabbath, the appointed feasts, the Hebrew context of Scripture, and the entire Bible (including the Torah) Jesus remains the center of our heritage, faith, worship, teaching, and family.
We don’t adhere to any label other than a church for people who love Jesus. Jesus is the center of our faith, fully God and fully human. He is God in the flesh. The entire Bible matters. The Torah, Prophets and Writings give us historical and contextual understanding to the Gospels. The Bible is one unified story. That unified story tells us we are saved by grace through faith alone, so that no person my boast.
Discipleship transforms lives. It shapes our marriages, parenting, work, and how we treat others. It is also messy and hard. We commit to love people no matter where they are at on that journey. That journey starts with the profession of Jesus as salvation, and Lord. It is then we enter into a covenant family, with heritage and promise.
The historical and biblical Sabbath is Saturday. This is why we choose to worship Jesus on this day. The Sabbath is not salvation, the Sabbath does not make one holier than another follower of Jesus worshiping on any other day. We love the Sabbath, but not more than other followers of Jesus.
Come as you are. No matter where you are at with your walk of faith. You are welcome here. Come join a family that loves deep, serves hard, and always keeps our eyes focused on Jesus.
Jesus praises a poor widow who gives two small coins, teaching that God values sacrificial faith and wholehearted devotion far more than impressive financial gifts. Mark 12:41–44 challenges believers to offer their entire lives to God, remain faithful in small things, and care for the poor with genuine compassion.
