New Church Home in OKC
Church Family,
What an incredible day yesterday was. Celebrating my 22nd wedding anniversary alongside our very first gathering in our new property felt almost surreal. I’m still taking it all in with a grateful heart.
What you have accomplished in just 48 hours is nothing short of amazing. Crossing off more than 20 items from our project list in two days is a powerful testimony of what unity and willing hands can do. Every task completed brings us one step closer to truly establishing 1017 Southwest 84th Street in OKC as our home.
Even on a limited budget, we have lacked nothing in strength, willingness, or manpower. We are already making an impact. Just yesterday, at a choir performance, we met a woman who lives across the street from our building. She shared how excited she is seeing how quickly the HFF family has brought life to the property. That’s the kind of witness you can’t manufacture—it’s the fruit of faith in action.
Today we press on with more projects as we prepare for the major renovations ahead. Keep taking pictures. Keep making memories. Keep worshiping while you work. Serving alongside you during these long days has truly been an honor.
I want to give a special thank you to Kurt Price, and Cam Wallace. These men labored tirelessly—about 18 hours a day for two straight days—to ensure we had audio, video, and lighting ready for service. Their sacrifice made a lasting impact. If you see them at service please make sure to thank them.
We have now surpassed $152,000 (76%) of our $200,000 building fund goal. It can be easy to assume that because so much work is happening, finances must be soaring. The truth is, while regular giving has remained steady, our building fund has grown slowly—and the last two weeks alone we’ve committed thousands of dollars toward deposits, construction costs, and equipment needed to hold services in our own space. (And yes… who knew paper towels could cost so much?)
It isn’t easy for me to keep asking when you’ve already given so generously—your time, your strength, your resources. But we are so close to the finish line, and we need your help to get there. Every gift matters. Every share, like, and comment spreads the word. The Lord blesses and multiplies gifts offered with the right heart posture, no matter the size.

Like Brent said, if we spread the seed, God will take care of the rest. He has a pretty amazing track record at that!
God has already performed miracle after miracle—and He isn’t finished yet.
